Equality Skins. Rainbow <3

just a thought. I'm pretty sure knows that same sex marriage was legalized in the U.S. I was wondering if anyone had thoughts of making equality skins. So it's along the lines of the arcade skins that's already in game. I'm friends with a lot of gay men and women and I'm pretty sure there are numerous people that are gay/lesbian that play league of legends. Just one idea, Jarvan's "flag" can be rainbow when you use it. And other champion's spells can be rainbow and/or their skins can be as well. I'm hoping the gay/lesbian community will be happy they can show their colors. Just a thought. What are riot games views on same sex marriage?

I understand your desire for gay pride and it's admirable; however, as skins in the game it seems awkward. I mean, you're homosexual, not necessarily the character you're playing.

I would support a gay pride summoner's icon though, I think that would be a nice touch.

If Riot was smart...they wouldn't have a view on same sex marriage. And while we're making rainbows everywhere, how about some fire proof skins for those of us that want to try and avoid what happened last time summoner 11

The only problem I see with that is "special treatment"

We have a skin line SPECIFICALLY for homosexual/trans/lgb-every-letter-I-fail-to-remember. I see the making of a skinline like that about as bad as making taric officially gay. What I mean by that is, making it overt would get people raging because it's like you're shoving it down their throats. Homo, bi, lesbian; don't make that the core identity. If it is, then one misstep could make it stereotypical and prone to cliches.

I mean, you said "Gay skinline" make it rainbow. Congratulations. now anything rainbow in league must mean it is gay without it being gay. On males anyways. I don't think people will immediately label a female as lesbian purely because she's brightly multi-colored.

Rainbow is what the gay/lesbian community use to represent themselves. If you think that anything rainbow means it's gay that's on you lol. Some gays and lesbians don't mind showing off their colors and in-game I bet they would love to show it off. And it's skins for champs so if you don't like the color scheme. Simply don't spend your RP on it. lol

Just to have an option to show your support for the lbgt community. Its like how facebook has that thing where you can make your profile pic have a rainbow filter. You can choose to have it or not. Just having the option there would be cool.

lol and of course people want stuff for themselves and don't see the big picture. I'm not gay but it's just something that was a thought due to same sex marriage being legalized across the U.S. Of course people are going to say, "why not make a straight skin". Try seeing from their perspective and just be happy for them. The gay/lesbian community go through so much just being themselves and it's amazing that same sex marriage is legalized around the country. Plus it's a skin. You can either buy it to show you support or don't buy it.
