Can we get a ghost type champion?

Seems like riot has released all different kinds of champs over the years stemming from all kinds of mythological backgrounds. I just think they haven't really touched upon phantoms as much. There's nocturne but he's a nightmare not a ghost or a wraith. Riot please start working on a specter-like champ soon.

If there's a champ type we don't have it's a goblin, and it's shameful we're in Leagues 49th year without any representation.
