Zilean needs Chromas, so I made some!

So, as one of the (probably 10) Zilean players, and as someone who only started playing a few months back. I noticed something. Zilean is lacking severely in the skin department. And although it's not a necessary thing, it still would be really cool to see some new skins for him or something. He's currently got five skins, one being a legacy, and one being limited edition. The others one we are left with are Shurima Desert, Blood Moon, and Groovy. The first two I think are great skins, although they're really not my taste, and I personally feel that Groovy was some sort of weird cop-out for a skin, just some sort of rainbow recolor for it to be "funny". But it looks awful to me. The only skin he currently has that I would be willing to buy would be Old Saint.

So I was wondering like hey maybe there are some cool Zilean skin ideas from the community? There's not really any at all. There's a few Dr Who knockoffs, (which is fine if that's what suits your fancy), and a few other random ideas. The one I saw that I liked the most was a younger Zilean. I got around to thinking if I could think of any ideas, and I honestly couldn't. Zilean is great and his design overall is just fine but it's hard to work with to create new skins.

BUT, with the recent IP sale for chromas, I realized that even a small chroma pack for Zilean would be super, super nice. There's packs he could have that could still fit with his time theme.
