New Skin concept: Fluttering Shyvana
I don't claim to be an expert artist or writer. But I hope that the following pieces below, will be enough to make you consider this skin.
Jarvan IV strolled about the palace grounds, enjoying a rare break from the duties of a leader. He didn't partake of the lush gardens often, but whenever he was able, he could feel his pride in the keepers for their tireless work, of keeping them in such beautiful pristine condition.
It wasn't until he came upon the creek that he saw he was not alone on the grounds. Kneeled in front of the waters, was someone who was familiar to him, but yet at the same time, seemed completely unlike herself. Shyvana, the half-dragon warrior.
As he approached, she lifted her head in notice, but made no move to get up. So strange it was, she seemed at peace with herself for once in her troubled life. A couple of the creatures of the grounds had even settled beside her, grazing with little fear.
"Shyvana." he greeted. "Unusual to see you in such... calm repose."
She bowed her head. "I was... thinking of my father... and of the few moments of peace that we had together, up to before his death."
"He was a dragon, true... but he also posessed a heart of kindness, and watched over us as I struggled to find myself... I owe you my graditude for helping me to avenge his death... but to him, I owe my very life."
The prince nodded, before kneeling upon the bank alongside her. "He sounds like he was a good drake. I feel I would have liked to have met him."
"He would have liked you as well, I think." she replied to him, before looking at her side, and scooping up one of the poros to hold gently in her hands. "Though we were outcast, he never raised his voice, or his claws, in anger... I think he worried for me, for my resentment to our pursuit, for never finding a place to fit in... even though you have given me that place, I fear he would worry for me still, if I continue to keep the rage in my heart."
She stared ahead into the water, resolution in her face. "No more. It is high time that I let go of the rage. Of the hatred of things that have driven me away from those that do care. I wish to show others that there is more to me than just... fury, or brute strength. I wish to aspire to what my father embodied the most. I wish... to be kind."
And there, reflected in the water's surface, Jarvan thought he saw the great bulk of his friend's full, beastial form. But their temperment reflected that of the woman's peace in turn, the drake resting upon the shore, wings folded, at peace with the world that surrounded it. Yet a great slumbering power he could tell, still waited within. At rest, but ready to arise upon a moment's notice. To protect that which they held most dear.

Movement "My father was a kind drake." "Even dragons can know love." "Father spoke of Mother often." "Peace at last." "Jarvan gave me a place at last." "I can barely remember my mother..." "I exist, because love prevailed." "I pray I am not too late." "Perhaps now, I can finally make friends..."
Attacking "Uhm, excuse me, if you don't mind..." "This shouldn't bother me." "A dragon's heart can be very warm." "Be kind to your fine flaming friends!" "I fight because I must, not because I want." "I will protect those who cannot protect themselves."
Taunt "Why yes, I do know a deity. Would you like to meet him?"
Joke "Staring contest? Just a warning... dragons don't blink."
Dragon form Attacking "You're going to LOVE MEEE!!" "I walk softly, but I carry a big bite!" "This power, is not my master!" "Where are you going, mister?"
Dragon form Moving "My wings shall shield all!" "I will save my rage, for YOU!" "I am strong at last, Father!" "To kill or to protect?"
Possible unique lines:
Hecarim: "I don't think that's how the quote goes." Jarvan: "I will do my duty, as your soldier... and as your friend." Galio: "Friends can be found in the oddest places." Garen: "I hope to prove my worth to you someday." Nidalee: "I know your ways, now... might we be allies in the future?"
So yes, you can probably guess what this skin idea is based off of. And yet at the same time, I'm hoping that the flavor of it isn't like, completely overwhelming. Even if it doesn't become well-received, I'm hoping that another artist will be able to do the concept more justice than I have been able to. At least a much better splash image.
