Daffney, The Eternal Cheer

So basically I have been seeing cool champion concepts show up on the boards and that inspired me to think of some of my own ideas for a new champion idea of my own. Now I will say the percentage/rates of damage will be super general as I am not overly sure how op/broken some of these things will make her. I can't art too terribly well but I will describe my concept,

Daffney is a Cheerleader. A cheerleader who was killed in her prime do to the harrowing claiming her from her hometown of Bilgewater. Daffney, wishes nothing more than to be a normal girl but refuses to be sad about her situation and instead of being gloomy spreads her cheer, even though she is sad.

Passive: Pom Pom Party Every 3 minutes Daffney gains a golden Aura. If clicked on by an ally the aura is transferred to that allied champion and they are healed for 30% of their missing Health. The amount healed and the time I thought were pretty ok but both could be lowered or heightened depending on how broken this could be.

Q- Lane of Cheer Passive ability. When Daffney enters a lane the lane is covered in light shadow. Ally minions and allied champions get a +10/15/20/25 Movement speed boost when in a 'cheered' lane.

W- Daffney's Cheer/Taunt On allied cast, they gain 25% bonus attack speed. On enemy cast, enemy champion loses 10% attack speed.

E- Blinding Cheer Daffney uses her Cheer Cannon and fires confetti in a straight line dealing 70/75/80/85/90 magic damage and blinding the target hit.

R- The Ultimate Cheer Sunshine dancers her ultimate cheer empowering her allies. After Channeling for 3 seconds, all Daffney's allies gain the 'buff of Cheer' for 20 seconds. All champions with the 'Buff of Cheer' gain 10% Movement speed, 10% attack speed, 30 Ability Power and 20 Attack Damage.

Like I mentioned before she probably isn't too terribly balanced in either direction but I thought she had some cool ideas on her so I thought I would make her and see where I got. So please post your thoughts below I will happily read them and take suggestions.
