I think that a Prisoner (or escaped prisoner) Jinx and Ekko skin would be a cool thing to have because of the Officer Vi and Caitllyn skins. I mean Think about it It would be pretty cool If anyone else has cool skin ideas for any champion I want to know!

I like the idea. Though why exactly is Ekko included? I didn't think he did anything illegal. I suppose he is kind of wild and daring though, he might have gotten mixed up in something.
