I want YOUR opinion and feedback on this champion. i Would LOVE for riot to make this champion for all of us League Players. Also, i do not have a name for him/her so i would like a name.

Alright, his/her moveset will be here:
PASSIVE: Empowering Flame
while in combat, he/she will passively gain stacks of "Flame" up to 10 stacks by attacking any enemy (no turret). each stack of flame will give him/her an on-hit effect that burns enemy champion for 10 times the amount of stacks he/she has and consuming the stack along with it.(activates on auto attack or any ability)
Q: Knife Burst
Mana cost: 42/50/61/84/100 (range:600) COOLDOWN: 15/13/10/8/6 seconds
Throws 3 flaming knives in a line. all enemies hit will be debuffed with a 5 second burn. Damage 30/45/55/63/79 Burn: Deals 25 damage over 3 seconds (stacks up to 3 times) (base damage increases by 50% on burned champions)
W: Mana Restock/Mana Trade
(ABILITY ON: MANA TRADE) (ABILITY OFF:MANA RESTOCK) COOLDOWN: 0.5 seconds
Can switch between Mana Trade/Mana Restock
Mana Restock: Every third hit restores 10/15/25/40/60 mana (+13%AP) Mana Trade: Drains 6/12/20/34/47 mana per second and recovers 5/9/15/24/35 health per second that this ability is active. (+13% AP)
E: Spadoom
Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana
Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds
Throws out a bomb full of knives to target location. It will explode on contact, in 4 seconds, or upon reactivation of this ability. Upon explosion, it burns enemies for 40 damage over 3 seconds and slows them for 35% of their movement speed for 4 seconds.
Damage on impact: 30/67/78/89/95 +15% Physical damage.
R: SUPERSIZED!
Mana Cost: 100/150/200 lasts 7 seconds.
COOLDOWN: 120/100/75 seconds
Upon transformation, he/she will cause an AoE effect dealing 200/250/300 (+25% AP) to anyone caught in the explosion. Additionally, he/she gains 15% size,Health, and mana while active. Champion will do 10% increased physical and magic damage. every attack/spell will inflict a BURNED! debuff that will last for 8 seconds and will do 20 damage per second for 3 seconds. Also gains +15% speed boost for the duration of the effect. (every kill or assist will reduce the cooldown of this ability by 10 seconds.)

Whats wrong with Windsor? its the name of how you tie a tie. probobly also a persons name, who knows. I mean its not like Garens name was "Judgement" or Kayles name was "muh AP sword".
Its a name, kinda like Benji is a name, maybe its not a good name, but hey, we all have parents that can be asses, some just start at birth.
as far as the kit goes, Id have another look at how burned works, especially considering the knives applying it, if you were talking about a poison bruiser, its an interesting concept, but im not sure how it would really work out.

Give me a few days and/or a faction/something else to go off of. I'll have kit, quotes, lore, and art. More time typically results in better product. I needed a new project anyway after finishing Latus.
