Luciole- Nature's Light

I have an idea for a support character that is firefly based Her main thing is warding

She floats and is wearing a cloak, she has a human face with yellow glowing eyes. Underneath the cloak is completely fireflies. [Her second skin could be spriggan related]

Passive- if attacked, her cloak would open in a cone [large enough to hit a ranged attacker] and blind enemies for 2 seconds, only activates every 10-15 seconds per champion, and only if attacked by a champion or neutral monsters

Q -would be a coned skill shot that would shoot out fireflies which would deal damage over time

W -would be a trap with a larger area than Yordle Snap Trap and Bushwack and it would deal no damage or very little and get vision if and enemy walked through it, but if an ally champion walked through it, it would give them a moderate shield, which could be stacked with others up to 3-5

E - a skill shot that slows and silences enemies in a line for a duration, and if passes through an ally with the W shield, would heal them for 25% of current W shield or certain amount per stack

R- She explodes into fireflies that spread out into a great range and give total vision of that area, she is untargetable at this time, and if used again she reforms at a selected point in the area.

I was also thinking her lore could be related to Maoki , in the way that maybe she guarded twisted treeline, but the constant fighting and the awakening of Moaki forced her to intervene, maybe she wants to return Maoki to his tree state.
