Zac Skin Idea (H2O Zac)

I know that this is a very rough sketch about my idea but it consist of a Zac made of water, as if he were the ocean. There could be around 20 tiny fish and ocean creatures swimming around inside of his body. His blobs would be made of little puddles with fish flopping around inside the water. His passive would be 4 puddles of fish slowly flopping back to the main source of water to recreate his body. His Q would have fish fly to his hands and slap his enemy. His W would make fish fly out of him with some water and hit the enemies around him. His E, while flying in the air fish would fall out of his body leaving a trail of fish and water for one second or something and the when he hits the ground it would be absorbed back into is body. Finally his ult, this would be almost a combination of what his W and E would look like. While Bouncing fish would fall out of him and if he hits enemies maybe a whale or large fish would fall on top of them and then disappear.

Well that is my idea, I really hope you put this into some thought. Thanks for letting me release my idea.
