Sinse the new rework for teemo why dont we do a freaking dunkmaster teemo. I meant the thing he shoots darts with is a basketball hoop and the shroom that bounces can be a basketball. That is like the fraeking best idea ever! We can have a small jersey for him it will be fun as hell! How about 975 rp? Hope riot comes out with this with the new teemo rework. 
I think you're confused on what a "Dunk" is. "Freethrow Teemo" would be a better name for a basketball skin for him.
They just gave him the best skin ever that WILL never topped. Omega squad is like the best, I dont need any other.
Although this does tie in greatly, you have no overall skin concept and due to the fact that Dunkmaster Darius is a legendary skin, making a Dunkmaster Teemo 975 RP will decrease the value of the Dunkmaster Darius skin. An example of this would be the Eternum Rek'Sai and the Eternum Nocturne case where Eternum skins of all champions are now believed to be only 975 RP denoting the fact that Eternum Nocturne is in fact a legendary skin. Therefore, this overall skin concept would not be good for League of legends as a whole.
