Azir needs a new skin :/

You can check out the Police Chief Azir and Chessmaster Azir concepts I've seen in the Boards, especially the second one. Furthermore, there's a chance that Azir receives a Victorious skin. Riot wants to give a Marksman the honour, and Azir's secondary role is considered Marksman. I think he desperately needs a skin, too.
