rek'sai and illoai skin ideas

So i don't know how many of you play either of these champs as they aren't very popular in the current meta but here is my thoughts on a new skin for the both, first for rek'sai when the urf event comes around get a skin to make her look like a seal, it would fit so well in my opinion, her q when burrowed could be like a beach ball being spat out and the w when burrowed like a seal jumping out of the water, now the illoai skin i don't know if it has already been mentioned but pool party, her tentacles could be pool noodles and they eye she carries could be a life saver ring, ult just a massive splash and her e could be her throwing the ring out with a rope on it and pulling their soul out, these are just my thoughts feel free to add any feedback or support
