Proposition for new champion

Dear Riot Games,

I propose that, in light of his recent video featuring your game, you make the rapper Viper a League of Legends champion, or at least base a champion around him. You can base his abilities around his hit albums and songs. One idea would be to make his ultimate involve bending a spoon with his mind to terrify all enemy champions because all they all is cowards when compared to the mighty Viper.
