The Abyss - Epitome of Nothing

Passive: Aura of the End

The Abyss does AOEDOT true damage equal to a percent of all targets' current health. This slowly ramps up over time the longer you remain in its influence. Scales off AP.

If The Abyss dies, all minions and monsters (excepting Red buff, Blue buff, Dragon, and Baron) in an AOE around it die, regardless of team and no gold or exp is given.

Q: Entropic Acceleration

The Abyss sends out a tentacle that does true damage equal to a percent of the target's maximum health. Tiny, though, like 5%. Scales off AP.

W: Event Horizon

The Abyss summons a sucking force around itself, slowing enemies and consuming mana over time. Halfway inside the range, targets are slowed by 101% or more (think of it as a charm) slow, pulling them in to The Abyss. That also increases the closer you get. Putting points into it just increases the range. Does not scale off AP. (Yes, I know it sounds like Veigar's E. But the name fits so well!) Toggling the ability on takes a couple seconds to fully ramp up.

E: Interplanar

The Abyss leaves the visible plane, stealthing for a decent period of time, and gaining bonus movement speed. The speed scales off AP.

R: Reflections

The Abyss targets any visible enemy champion on the map, rooting itself in place, revealing itself to the enemy team, and marks the target. Over the next few seconds, The Abyss contemplates their past actions, and then does true damage equal to a percentage of their maximum health, to a maximum of 80%. Scales off AP and multiplied by the difference in their kill to death ratio. If it's neutral or negative, no extra damage. If it's 1/0, 2/1, etc, 2x damage. If it's 2/0, 3/1, etc, it's 3x damage. The ult can only be canceled if The Abyss dies or the enemy champion escapes vision.

This champ is designed to be creepy, with a character model of a blue-black pool of darkness, and instead of talking is a bunch of noises like feedback loops or radio static. He can be an AP tank or burster, with a significant amount of utility. I've also wanted to see the global champion nuke a thing for a long time, and Karthus's ult isn't exactly too damaging and doesn't single out one target. An idea for his "Reflections" ult is have the enemy champion showed doing stuff against the black ground of the Abyss.
