> Lore

_Hogarth _ was born with a deformity giving him over-sized arms and under-sized legs, a hulking mass of a person. _Hogarth's _ muscle mass was a spectacle all its own, capable of blowing holes in buildings with a single punch. His intelligence, however, was not near as impressive. This made him an easy target for criminals looking for some extra muscle, which brought trouble along the way. Hogarth, however, found no difficulty simply shrugging off any attempts to stop him. Until he got involved in the largest criminal activity Zaun had ever seen. The job was to break into the most heavily fortified prison in the land and free the most dangerous criminals the world's ever seen. The crew that was sent to do the job all wore masks to hide their identities. Hogarth having too large a face, was simply given an over-sized helmet. Upon breaking into the prison's deepest cell block, Hogarth's crew left him behind to make their escape, angering Hogarth into a blind and confused rampage. With great difficulty the guards finally tied him down with a magical snare attached to an enormous iron ball with an unbreakable chain.

A cell to house the monster was constructed around the courtyard and ruins where he was captured. Hogarth sat in silence all the while. Months passed until the prison was rebuilt and Hogarth's special cell finished. On the night of his execution, guards entered his cell and attempted to remove his helmet. Hogarth suddenly burst to life, swatting guards off like flies. Hogarth chucked the rion ball attached to his ankle at the cell wall causing it to crumble. Hogarth picked up his iron ball and while all of the prison's added precautions failed to stop him, Hogarth slowly and calmly walked into the distance.

Tales of the dangerous wandering giant flooded the land. He became a story parents would tell their children to make them behave. "Be good or the Monstrosity of Zaun will come for you!" That is, until he slowly wandered his way to the League of Legends. Surrounded by the most capable group of heroes to stop him should he erupt into another rampage, he was accepted. Primarily because the only place you can keep him is where he himself wants to be.

> Abilities

Passive: Chained Freedom

  • Hogarth is attached to a ball and chain, preventing him from moving beyond the radius of the chain and must use abilities to move the ball. However, he does not use mana. Additionally, every 20 seconds when Hogarth is his by hard cc (stun, root, knockback, fear, etc.) it is instead a slow that lasts the same duration and diminishes over time. Any cc applied while Chained Freedom is active will reapply the slow. Once the duration ends, Chained Freedom has a 25 second cooldown.

Q Ability: Single Blow

  • Hogarth throws a massive punch in a target direction, knocking back enemies and dealing massive damage. If Hogarth punches his ball, the ball will fly to the extent of its chain, knocking enemies aside and reducing their resistances.

W Ability: Chain Pull

  • Hogarth pulls his chain, bringing the ball to his feet. Enemies hit by the ball are dealt damage and pulled a short distance toward Hogarth, applying a slow upon landing. This ability can be activated directly after Single Blow to pull all enemies hit fully to Hogarth.

Giant's Rampage

  • Hogarth slams the ground, pulling enemies in a circle around him and dealing damage. This ability has a 1.5 second cooldown.

E Ability: Hulking Mass

  • Passive: Hogarth gains increased resistances and damage on his basic attacks the more enemies attack him at once, up to a cap. Stacks are applied only on the first hit from different units. Enemy champions and epic monsters grant bonus stacks.

  • Active: Hogarth reaches down and picks up his ball, carrying it along with him as he runs (has a 1.5 second channel). Taking damage during the channel will cause him to drop the ball and reduce the ability's cooldown. While running, Hogarth has no access to his other abilities other than his R. While he runs, Hogarth gains increased movement speed but will drop the ball if hit by hard cc. Chained Freedom can be triggered to prevent dropping the ball. Reactivating the ability will drop the ball at Hogarth's feet. Hogarth can run for 10 seconds before he gets tired and drops the ball on his own.

R Ability: Come For You

  • Hogarth leaps to an enemy champion with an impact so great the snare around his ankle snaps off and attaches to them instead for 8 seconds and dealing damage in the area (the ball flies along with Hogarth and lands at the feet of the new victim). While attached, the chain that normally restricts Hogarth now restricts the new victim, preventing them from moving beyond the radius. While free, Single Blow can be used to temporarily destroy terrain (respawns at the end of the duration), Hulking mass provides double bonuses, and Chain Pull now becomes Giant's Rampage. After 8 seconds, the magical snare frees it's victim and reattaches to Hogarth, forcing him to sit down and rest for 3 seconds. During this time, Hogarth regenerates health based on an amount of damage he dealt to enemy champions and loses all bonuses from Hulking Mass. Should Come For You's victim die before being released, the ball and chain will lie on the ground until the duration expires.

I love the Quasimodo esque story. Also the name I love the movie reference (Iron giant).

I only have 1 idea. If you could change the ability names that's all really. I might have a few if you want.
