New Item - Hextech Hydra

With there being Tank and Physical Damage Hydra items already, I thought it would be cool to see one that works for the AP scaling melee champions (and also for those "off meta" melee AP builds). I introduce to you, the Hextech Hydra. This item would allow for better wave clear on melee centric AP carries that suffer from getting shoved in constantly, while also providing a damage alternative for Hybrid bruisers that don't wish to build Titanic to also allow for easy wave clear and dueling.

Stats

  • 15 Attack Damage
  • 70 Ability Power
  • 50% Health Regen

Passsive

Unique - Chain Lightning: Basic Attacks deal (20 - 40% AP) additional Magic Damage to your target, and create a charge on your target. An additional Basic Attack to your target will trigger the charge, causing lightning to arc from your target to the nearest 3 units around your target for (10 - 15%) Magic Damage, chain damage is doubled against enemy champions. [I couldn't really envision a unique "Cleave" effect for this item similar to other Hydra items, so feel free to propose modifications that would make this cooler! ]

Unique - Using an ability against an enemy unit will instantly heal you for 10% of the damage dealt. This is 50% effective for Area of Effect abilities.

Active

Unique - Spark: An explosion of electrical energy emanates from your cursor target spreading outward. [Think a smaller Slicing Maelstrom that radiates and grows from the center] Targets in the center receive (15 - 25% AP) Magic Damage (10% AP near the edge)** [AP scaling on this subject to change for balance reasons]**, and are slowed (10 - 15%) for 1.5 seconds. (40 second cooldown)(250 Unit Radius)(400 Unit Cast Range)

Recipe

Hextech Revolver - Amplifying Tome (435g) + Amplifying Time (435g) + 180g Combine cost= 1050g Tiamat - Long Sword (350g) + Long Sword (350g) + Rejuvenation Bead (150g) + 350g Combine cost = 1200g Blasting Wand - 850g

Total cost of components - 3100g Combine cost with all components - 400g Total item cost - 3500g [I feel this falls in line with current Hextech and Hydra items, although the combine cost could be modified, as this item is quite strong]

Just some thoughts on what the item could be, and what would fit thematically (this item feels to me like it melds the magic and technology that is Hextech technomancy). Let me know what you guys think! [Side note: I am not artistically inclined what-so-ever, so if anyone has some image concepts for this creation, please feel free to share!]
