Makoto Naegi, the Ultimate Hope (Not an original character, just an idea of what he would be here)
I think this guy fits the role of support, but you guys be the judge.
Having survived the killing game that took place in his school, Makoto Naegi has always been an optimistic average teenager with no special abilities. Somehow though, he has made his way into the League of Legends. Nobody knows where he is from, who he is or what he can do. All that he wants them to know, however, is that he will never let them lose to despair, and will always give hope to anyone who is on his team.
Passive
the Ultimate Hope - When your inhibitor is destroyed and the enemy doesn't have a destroyed inhibitor, you can go to a marker infront of your Nexus, becoming the Ultimate Hope, giving your team the buff "Hope" that grants your team and yourself 50% attack speed, 10% CDR, 50 adaptive damage, empowering your abilities, and giving you +400 max health until the end of the game. While the Ultimate Hope is dead, however, your team gets "Despair", a debuff of -20 adaptive damage and -20% attack speed, and the buff "Hope" isn't given until he respawns.
Revolver - Makoto (in both forms) has a revolver that needs to be reloaded every 6 bullets shot. (Reload speed is increased with attack speed.)
Makoto's abilities:
(10;9;7;6;5 seconds cooldown.) Silencer (Q) - Empowers your basic attacks for 3 seconds, every attack stacking a silence effect (0.2;0.4;0.5;0.6;0.65 seconds per attack), which activates after the 3 seconds are over (30;40;45;50;55 mana cost)
(15;14;13;11;10 seconds cooldown.) Absorb (W) - First Cast - You are able to absorb (5%;6%;7%;8%;10%) of the enemy's core stats for (3;4;5;5.5;6 seconds) Second Cast - Uses up all of your bullets to shoot an "absorbed" bullet at an allied champion, giving them the buff you got from the first cast of this ability. (50;50;60;60;70 mana cost)
(17;15;14;12;11 seconds cooldown.) Optimism (E) - Grants you and allied champions in a 700 unit range (+10%;+15%;+20%;+30%;+40%) attack speed and (+5;+7;+12;+15;+20) adaptive damage for 3 seconds. (30;35;40;50;70 mana cost)
(120; 100; 80 seconds cooldown.) Counter (R) - You can cast this 5 seconds after being hit by an enemy ability, healing yourself for the amount you lost by that ability, and sending back an undodgeable version of it, dealing the same amount it dealt to you + (150;225;300 adaptive to the enemy's damage damage). This ability can be cast while dead. If cast while dead, though, your enemy keeps the gold they got from the initial kill. (No mana cost)
The Ultimate Hope's abilities:
(10;9;7;6;5 seconds cooldown.) Silencer (Q) - Empowers your basic attacks for 3 seconds, every attack stacking a silence and slowness by 60% effect (0.2;0.4;0.5;0.6;0.65 seconds per attack), which activate after the 3 seconds are over. The slowness decays over the duration. (40;45;50;55;60 mana cost)
(15 seconds cooldown.) Absorb (W) - First Cast - You are able to absorb (5%;6%;7%;8%;10%) of the enemy's core + bonus stats for (3;4;5;5.5;6 seconds) Second Cast - Uses up all of your bullets to shoot an "absorbed" bullet at an allied champion, giving them the buff you got from the first cast of this ability. (60;70;80;80;90 mana cost)
(17;16;14;14;14 seconds cooldown) Hope bullet (E) - Uses up all of your remaining ammo to shoot a Hope bullet. If this bullet hits an allied champion, heal them for (100;120;140;160;180 + 20 per bullet) health and give them +40% movement speed for 3 seconds. (60;65;65;70;75 mana cost)
(150;130;110 seconds cooldown) The Ultimate Hope's bullet (R) - Shoots out a massive, slow-travelling, penetrating bullet with global range, hitting anything it collides with including towers, inhibitors and the Nexus (However it only damages them when they are targetable) dealing (400;600;700) Physical damage, stunning each enemy hit for 1.5 seconds and pushing them aside. If this bullet hits an allied champion it gives them hope, healing them for (300;400;500) health and giving them twice the movement speed they have for 3 seconds. (175 mana cost)

This is supposed to be a champion which has huge comeback potentional. His abilities in the Ultimate Hope form are supposed to be very, very strong due to the fact he is the designed to be a champion that comebacks right as everyone is falling into despair. This probably won't get added though due to the fact it's not original, it's from a game series named "Danganronpa". I wouldn't mind something similar, though. It is my first champion concept so I'm not sure if everything is OK with his abilities (For ex. High MMR abuse, numbers etc.) And I made this for fun. So, you guys can judge. Bye.
