This thread is being created so people can share their ideas for new champions. I love taking the time to go through all the details and make something new. So I'll start by posting my first two creations. Be sure to give feedback on everyone's ideas.

{Aeona} - {Weapon Master of Noxus} Core.

{Overview} Core.

-Gender (Male/Female/Other): Female -Race (Human/Yordle/Other): Human -Origin (Where they came from): Noxus -Alliance (Good/Evil/Unknown): Evil -Class: (AP Caster, AD Carry, etc.): Assassin -Subclass: (Same as above.): Fighter -Weapon: (Type/description): Morphing weapon/ Pistol, Hammer, Sword, Wrist Blades -Attack Type: (Melee/Ranged): Both -Energy Source: (Mana/Fury/other): N/A

Aeona starts as a ranged ADC then she can use her abilities to change her weapon and use a specific skill related to that weapon. She focuses heavily on dealing a large amount of damage as quickly as possible.

{Abilities} Core.

Passive (Surprise!): When Aeona switches weapons her next basic attack has an additional 10% chance of a critical strike.

Q (Hammer/Smash): First cast changes weapon into a hammer. Second Cast smashes the hammer into the ground damaging nearby targets.

Blinks behind and enemy and stabs them repeatedly causing a bleeding effect. Fires a barrage of bullets that ricochets off of enemies.

Axious is mid range gunner who uses his abilities to control the battle. He’s built to either support the ADC or be the ADC.

Passive (Restoration): Every 15 seconds Axious’s next basic attack will heal him for 1/2/3% of his max health and restore 2/3/4% of his max mana.

Q (Suppressive Fire): Dashes and fires a series of bullets dealing damage to the nearest enemy (prioritizing enemy champions).

For those not comfortable with detailed numeric work, using simple terms such as Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High would be acceptable. You can similarly make a direct comparison to an existing champion (e.g. for a tank's health stats you could simply say "comparable to Singed.") But plotting out specific stats is something that we encourage once you feel comfortable. LoL Wiki is a good tool for determining balanced stats.
