instant messenger support system

i think an instant messenger process would be much faster as emails took the staff and i somewhere around 10 days to figure it out. and although emails can go more in depth and give time to answer the questions it is just kind of out of date.

that being said i believe its time for riot to implement an instant messenger support system.
