New champion idea

I thought of a champion while I was in class at school because the teacher was talking about something unimportant. The abilities are listed below the range of them are shown in the sketch I made (A very sloppy sketch btw). I linked the sketch as you can see. The champion uses a flail, idk what the main design of the character would be though.

Auto attack range would be similar to Thresh and Rakan's

Passive: Under a certain amount of health (maybe 20-30) she gets increased damage, speed, and regen (maybe not the regen if this would be too op) (possibly just a completely new passive)

Q: Empowers the next auto attack to increase range and damage. (Increases range to the typical adc range)

W: Standard skillshot, shoots magic of some sort in a straight line. It goes through units. Each unit it goes through, the skillshot does less damage, but if it kills a unit, it keeps its previous damage. Every __ amount of unite it increases damage and speeds up until it hits half of its range. Once it hits that point it starts to decrease damage, but maintains its speed. Slows every target hit. (Range would be similar to Nidalee Q, width would be similar to Ezreal W, but perhaps a slightly smaller width)

E: Throws her flail forward, planting it in the ground 300 units in front of her, doing aoe damage around it and a cone of damage in front of the aoe circle (The cone slows but the circle does not). Recast anywhere around the ball of the flail in order to fling herself to that location (maximum range of 300 units)

R: Triple cast cone shaped damage in front of the character. First cast just does damage, Second cast knocks up, Third cast knocks back. (Range slightly larger than auto attack range)

Seems like a good,idea and would be a cool champ,desing it would be amazing to see,some,part of this champion/kit in one of the newer champs

I'm going to be very honest with you and say that this champion is too generic to fit todays league. This might have been a good champion in season 1-4 where champion kits were pretty simple.

But today's champions need something unique to them that league never has seen. Your champ has abilities that pretty much exist already.

Passive = Volibear Passive Q = Yorick Q / Illaoi W W = Skarner E E = More or less new R = Riven Q on steroids

It just brings nothing new to the table other than the normal "Have a hard cc + some slows and stuff does DMG" kit.

Don't get me wrong, every champion needs 1 - 3 simple abilities but when the whole kit is simple the champion becomes boring to play as and against.

Try to add a mechanic (maybe change passive) that gets supported by his abilities. For example I designed a champ not too long ago (Mug'gri - also made a post) that gives the ENEMIES a shield and takes advantage of it. He can consume shields and use those to either protect someone or self destroy them to deal additional DMG.

I saw a champion concept where the champion could enhance towers with upgrades.

League needs those kind of champions, champions that bring fresh air into the game.
