Possible Naruto like champion

If you have seen the show Naruto Shippuden, you might be aware that there can potentially be new champion ideas to reflect into league of legends. I have always been a huge fan of the show Naruto and one of my favorite characters that I would love to see in league of legends is a champion that some what resembles Itachi Uciha. It would be really cool to use the sharingan as the abilities and also see the calm but deadly personality that Itachi holds when battling. Lets get Riot involved to make a champion like this so we can relive a great show!!!!!!!
