Have you ever missed playing League of Legends of patches past? For example, have you ever wanted to play old Aatrox? Do you want to rip people apart as Akali and Irelia before their nerfs? Do you want to see Rek'Sai fall out of the meta again? DO YOU WANT TO USE BANNER OF COURAGE ONCE MORE?!? If so, Reversion is just for you!

Reversion is a custom, time-limited game mode and event specifically developed not only give people some enjoyment and extra cancer during April Fools 2019, but also to help people experience firsthand why we have decided to nerf certain champions and other aspects of the game over the years (much to the discontent of those who used the things that were nerfed).

Reversion can be compared to ARAM, or even ARURF, because a random overpowered patch and a random selection of champions is picked for each summoner at the start of the game. But that's where the similarities end. With increased passive gold, gold values in all areas, and decreased max HP, broken champions will be made even more broken! To counter this, Urf blessed summoners with 99% reduced respawn. Combined, this means you can play matches in rapid succession to your heart's content!
