MY ENGLISH SUCKS BUT I HOPE ALL OF YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANT TO SAY .

Ok , so .. A month ago , I started to create new champions , cause I'm playing League of Legends since season II and I really want to show you one of my ideas .. Miruko

If you don't like it , tell me what you don't like so I can change it .

Don't take this post seriously . { Like I'm saying OMG I WANT THIS TO BE IN GAME } . No , I just want to express my creativity and I want to see your opinions . Let's just start by showing her design .

It's simple .. I don't know , but I like it .

I wanted her to be from Zaun .. But now Ekko appeared and he's from Zaun so ... I don't know . item 3070

She paints and draws .

Attributes: Mage.

UNIQUE PASSIVE: Upon killing a unit, Miruko has no cooldown for her abilities for 2,45 seconds .

Q - ACTIVE: Miruko draws and hurls a bird at a target enemy unit, dealing magic damage on-hit and silencing it ( if it kills the target , the bird will become bigger [ like the 2nd bird {Q} ] and will deal (+35) more magic damage to the next target) .

W - ACTIVE: Miruko wraps her body in ink to hide creating an effective smokescreen ( she's untargetable ) . Then , if you press W one more time she quickly travels to a target enemy, dealing magic damage . (it's like Lux's E)

E - ACTIVE: Miruko paints and sends 3 birds forward in an arc, dealing magic damage to enemies they pass through .

R - ACTIVE: Miruko summons That thing at R in the AB image who attacks the target , dealing magic damage + 30% of their AD and reducing their magic resist for 25% for 4 seconds .

I did a skin for her , but it's not very good cause i don't have a graphic tablet or floral brushes ..

And that's all . Okkkkkk , soo . What's your opinion ?

Passive is op. So I can just keep ulting as soon as I kill a minion in lane?

Q is fiddlesticks fear with only a few tweaks. T_T

W is also overpowered. it is the ultimate defensive/offensive skill. You are being ganked? BOOM W and they cant do nothing about you, Oh what's that, you want to go in? BOOM W! now you are right up in their face. Pluss if you kill them you get to DASH out because of the passive. Just overall unhealthy for the game to allow someone to have what is essentially a item 3157 and Katarina dash in one but still let's you walk around.

E is... rather generic and unexplained. So it just deals damage? That's it? How in an arc? Where? like around the player? To the target destination? Can you move while this is happening? What? Why are you trying to make Sai from freaking naruto? Why the fuck is this forum filled with people who think making naruto characters into League is a good freaking idea?

R Is once again under-explained. Does the paint tiger preform like a minion or is it a projectile? Does it have health or is it like a ward?

Your painting skills are decent, so you've got that going for you, but I would suggest you clear up your abilities. As a rule of thumb, if a character exists somewhere else(anime, film, game etc) then it's rather smart to NOT try and make it into a champion.

It looks like what is called a "Foo Dog" or a "Chinese Guardian Lion".
