High Noon Sion

Hello, so I have a really great idea of a skin in my opinion. So I thought of High Noon Sion, that would be really cool imo. The main thing about the skin would be his ulti. He would transform to a little train that would smash his way threw the enemy lines. He would walk around with a cowboy hat similar theme to the High Noon Urgot which I am a good fan of. Sions Q would be something like a high noon clock and the clock on the time ticks up until the Q explodes. W would maybe be something about his Cowboy hat lights up or he gets a cowboy coat that disappears later. E could be him holding a small revolver and then shoot a small tile so the target gets knocked away or slowed. It would be cool imo and hope you like the idea :D. I have a screenshot aswell so you can see a little that im going of. Im to lazy to photoshop any more pictures.
