New champ and new map idea for this dying game

Well I have 3 new champ ideas and a new map idea, but I don't know where I should post them, so I'm going to send them here.

Champ 1. Dovan - Bird/Human: Q - When in human form Dovan draws his cape over his face laughing at and taunting his enemy, the range is equal to rammus taunt; When in bird form this ability becomes a ranged slow, Dovan throws a feather at his enemies feet, slowing them by an amount for 1.5 seconds and dealing a small amount of damage; W - This ability will be the same for both forms, it is simply a battle cry, that increases ally attack speed by 15 percent and move speed by 5 percent; E - When in human form, throws bird seed at the ground, slowing and damaging enemies (works like Ziggs, but less damage), and when in bird form It become a straight line skill dash, it should work like Shen taunt, but instead of a taunt it simply stuns the target for 1 second; R - change forms.

Champ 2. Stone - Rock Bender: Q - Is simply a punch, works as an auto attack reset, short CD, and applies on hit; W - Stone punches the ground, sending a small shockwave that travels in a straight line, slowing enemies but dealing no damage, for 1.5 seconds; E - Stone claps his hands with great force, this ability extends slightly outside his normal auto range, dealing damage and stunning enemies for .5 seconds; R - Stone summons materials from the earth and equips it as armor, taking reduced damage for 6 seconds.

Champ 3. Mayna - Mana bender: Her Q - Syphon's mana from enemy champion equal to 2% of that enemies current mana pool; W - creates a rope of mana and lashes at the target, dealing damage and slowing for .5 seconds; E - consumes 3% of current mana to empower next 2 auto attacks and next mana lash; R - Summons a wall of Mana that blocks all incoming magic damage and disables for 5 seconds.

Map - For the map change all you need to do is increase the size of the lanes, and add another jungle buff to each side that grants an adaptive bonus of ad or ap and some attack speed, this would really help carries truly carry the game later, and for the junglers help their early clear and give another objective to fight over.

Hmm am no expert but your champ concepts need work but the extra camp on map is viable Al explain y the increase in Lane size
