Lulu needs a rework?

Hello, league community! Recently, I played the fae sorceress, and I notice some things! I played her in the mid lane and in bot lane as a support, and I wanted to share with you guys my opinion about this champion!Lulu was the most op top laner since her release, she got buffed/nerfed and got changed a little bit, but now in the season 7 where her nerfs got huge and etc, I really don't think she is much of a worth pick anymore! Her laning face as a support is not that good, she is not useless but not that good, there are many many other better supports to play over there, plus her mid lane gameplay is not that good either! She is a support, I know but her utility is not that much of a worth now! recently other supports got buffed and she is still nerfed, but that is not the case! I believe Lulu deserves a a rework so that they can balance this champion cause before she was too op, now she is not that good at all and she is not much played, to be honest!
