More robot champions, robot adc

A new robot champ for an adc would be sweet. He could have a monocle and a top hat (like the planters peanut man). He could look like some kind of mechanical exoskeleton (not as cheesy as the terminator pls). One thing, that may be a rip off, is if the robot carried a weapon similar to the EMP weapon in the matrix movie. His abilities do things to the weapon similar to lucian, except maybe extend the time of the beam. What other good ideas could you guys and gals come up with?
