Mordekaiser realy needs a buff right now... when you are playing him top you almost cant do nothing unless who your against is noob. He's base speed realy sucks so playing him jungle is realy not very good,and your ganks are not very effective due to is not having any slows. I almost never see a mordekaiser when i play ranked.
So my point is that mordekaiser needs a buff or a rework to make him have a slow or i dont know because now he is just useless ranked play.
He much more needs a rework.
To be honest, despite all the complaints about his armor being low, oh poor innocent Morde, and him being shoved into bot lane which was terrible, Morde isn't doing all that terrible when in the right hands. People are going out of their way to play him bot. In addition you can't just buff Morde because he is cancer. He becomes super durable when fed while doing tons of damage and really squishy while doing shit damage when behind. Most of his damage is undodgable, even if its avoidable, and he often can just stat check people.
Morde is a juggernaut. He is supposed to be slow and not be able to close gaps super effectively. Trying to undo his primary weakness is like giving Xerath increased damage to towers because he isn't very good at taking towers.
I'd rather have a Rework
