Where is dragon master swain?

I dont get how this skin is not out. The only problem with this skin is the to many good ideas of how to make it cool. for example you could make his looks changes threw the game like pulsefire ezreal and every time he upgrades hes ult it could become even more badass looking until the final one is a true to forum dragon queen or something. seriously where is this thing? if you can link any info on it, that be nice http://www.surrenderat20.net/2013/02/morello-wants-to-do-dragon-master-swain.html

Morello had some good news for fans of the community created "Dragonmaster Swain" skin idea. "We will do this skin - I'm sure of that." When asked about a time frame, he then followed up with: "After - Swain doesn't actually need a new skin (<3 Tyrant), we'd be doing this one JUST to meet the community request. It's a cool skin idea, so we'll make it." Here is the massive community thread about Dragonmaster Swain, although Morello was very clear about setting the communities expectations on this one: "This is important - and I hate to be this guy - but I specifically will not agree to meet anything laid out in a spec. I think setting that expectation that we'll implement, line-by-line, a suggestion is really dangerous.

We will make Dragon Master Swain, and it will be amazing. Will it be the exact same as every piece of the idea? Not likely."

Riot needs to get off its ass and make this already. They've only had THREE YEARS to do it, with fans begging for it every step of the way.

Maybe they gonna give Swain a visual update before launching the skin, who knows.

Riot has this horrible habit of saying stuff and not following through. It's pretty crazy how often they do it.

They will release it on his visual update propably which will be in more than 2 years from now

i have a few ideas for swain, not good when it comes to designing but the concepts are good i think. feel free to add whatever.

old man swain has a zimmerframe real old you get the idea

farmer swain. looks like a crippled farmer throws eggs for his E bird is a chicken W is like a cage or something

just ideas qould like to see some concepts.

To be honest, I think Riot just really hates dragons. "You want to play as a dragon? Here's a champion who can be a dragon 1/4 of the time." "You want a dragon skin for Swain? That sounds like a great idea, give us four years." "You want an actual dragon champion? Okay, we'll give you that in a few months. Oops, he's been shelved. Oops, we scrapped his kit several times, we don't know when he'll come out." Bottom line, Riot doesn't like Dragons, except the current SR Dragon.
