Idea of a new champion

Hi beloved summoners, I had an idea for the game. I main support and Riot doesn't seem to release many supports, the last one was Tahm Kench, I was thinking about a champion that could be an aggressive support and at the same time a passive one, like the champion had like bipolar disorder or was possessed by a demon, and the abilities changed based on what she/he was, like Jayce, the champion could heal/shield but could change to something with more poke, what do you think? :) Please tell me your opinions about this champ :) I would love to see a new support champion being released.

I agree with you buddy, I mainly play supports since no one else does. also having a support that could poke & harass just as much as protecting & aiding allies in a number of other ways is a good idea.

So like Hel? Don't know if the lack of an ult would hurt the viability a bit.

I don't know Hel :\ and yes, i don't think the ult could make difference if the support can harass and heal at the same time :)

Well he would be strong early game in lane with both poke and damage, but in TF he would be rather weak (unless you manage to force a siege) I linked her so maybe read up on Hel and how she fits your idea. Considering Soraka, Nami etc can poke and heal already, wouldn't that champion fall into the same category?

Well, Soraka and Nami are always healing in tf, they don't do much damage, my idea of this champ is that in the tf it can do both, like a mix between Nami and Zyra, with a good poke but also a good healing kit. I just haad this idea, i was really looking forward to see if Riot does something like it.
