Mystery Gifted Skin Refunded for No Reason
I was mystery gifted Dragonslayer Vayne by a friend and it has come to my attention that that skin is no longer available for use by me. Is this some sort of issue?

did your friend use legitimate means of getting the skin? Riot has said they are going through the game and taking things away from people who didn't spend their own money and such on them (as a lot of people abused the refer a friend system)
