(rough draft) Heros is a fighter who relies on his mobility and quick burst damage to take down enemies. as a melee top he is weak against those who can stop his gap closing his main weakness is his mana consumption which he quickly burns through in team fights when used carelessly

passive: wings of irelia, heros ignores unit collision and gains movement speed as his attack speed increases

q: surging stab (linear dash)

heros surges forward on his wings hold his spear in front of him, if he hits an enemy champion they are slowed for 1 second and take damage.

w: winged assault (toggled)

in return for sacrificing attack damage, heros gains bonus movement speed

e: jagged winds: (coned skill shot)

Heros uses the winds about him to slice his enemies dealing a moderate amount of damage and knocking back enemies.

r: slice of the heavens (single targeted nuke)

Heros slices the enemy open using speed of the wind about him, he deals a heavy amount of damage and gains bonus attack speed for a small amount of time.
