Minse , The Control Mage [Champion Concept]

**Lore** :
He was the most impressive student in his class. No was able to match his ability to control as a summoner . The elders had high expectations for him but the summoner himself was not quite agreeing with the idea. He wanted more. As every champion he controls he would feel the power and strength from the champions he took control over. He was excited from it. So much excited that he finally went for his ultimate desire . To control champions he was seeing only through a crystal globe , up close to where you would feel the raw power spreading throughout the Summoners Rift with his flesh and body. It was his ultimate wish, to feel the grandness of the champions up close to his finger tips.

Race : Human Gender : Male Appearance : In a summoner robe ( much cooler version of it) Height : Normal ~ same as average human in league

**Stats** : 
Health Regen: 0.9 per second +0.5 per level
Mana: 400 +55 per level
Mana Regen: 2.5 per second +1 per level
Attack Damage: 49 +4 per level
Armor: 17 +3 per level
Attack Speed: 0.65 +1.7% per level
Magic Resist: 46 + 2 per level
Movement Speed: 300

Personality : Some what excited but not jumpy like Jinx is calm yet hums music showing that he is excited. Laughs occasionally. Calm before the storm.

Passive: ~~~~ • The AA’s are non-projectile, instead the damage is dealt when attack command is ordered. The damage is % proportioned based on the distance. ( The farther the distance, lesser % damage ) It also marks them with ‘Thread’. • The basic attacks are % scaled up when AD stats item are purchased. ( For example, if buys blood thirstier which gives 75 AD, it will only give 80 % of the 75 ) Attack damage is scaled up by AP • While the marks of ‘Soul catcher’ has duration to itself, as long as the marked enemy is within the visible range, AA’s are freely dealt not regarding the distance. • For each basic attack done to the target, the ‘Thread’ will become stronger buffing the effects of ‘Q’ , ‘W’ and ‘E’

Q. (Tread steadily): • When marked the unit with ‘Thread’ and is cast on, the unit will be forcefully directed towards chosen direction. Movement speed is slowed and damage is dealt minimally when casting on champions. When cast on minions, it violently shoves the minion towards directed direction and damage is dealt in linear path. Units hit by this skill are slowed and takes damage. Affected champions do not deal damage when going in the chosen direction. • The effect of the skill is buffed by stacks of ‘Thread’. The movement speed and the distance which champions go towards will be increased by the stack. The max effective stack is ( 25 ) • While the skill is forcing champions to go in certain direction, it is not same as fear/charm/taunt. The units will have the ability to freely auto attack and cast spells, summoner spells and items. (The damage however is reduced when units are casting or attacking. The reduced damage have base reduction rate but the rate can also be increased through ‘Thread’ stacks. Max reduction rate is limited at (80% , 25 stacks) • The ability is removed by any type of debuff removal type item ( SS , Cleanse ) • It will also make the affected unit to be counted as an enemy and take friendly fire from their team. The affected unit will also collide with skill shots from allies (ex: Ezreal’s Q, Sejuani’s Q, and Ashe’s R). The damage from friendly fire is not reduced by any means, also susceptible to DoT effects like red buff. • While friendly fire is still possible while controlled, no point and click abilities will be casted on the affected unit from allies. (ex: while in effect Warwick wants to kill their ally but it’s not possible)

W. (Upside down): • Deals damage based on the enemy offensive stats and from own offensive stats. (The enemy damage scaling to this ability is low however it can also be increased through ‘Thread’ stacks.) • This ability is DoT type ability and accounts as a magic damage. • When casted while ‘Q’ is in effect, the defensive stats are reduced throughout the duration of the ‘Q’

E. (Soul Thread): • Passive: Whenever the unit auto attacks, the attacked unit receives ‘Thread’ mark. The effects of abilities are greatly buffed when stacked. Going through bond will also receive ‘Thread’ stack. • Active: Forcefully connects enemy unit with ‘5/7/10/12/15’ stacks of ‘Thread’. While connected the unit gains extra movement speed towards the enemy. When activated all the marked enemies receive the extra stacks of ‘Thread’. When the ability is activated ‘Thread’ marked enemies become ‘Soul Threaded’ and are slowed for a limited duration. Also damage is dealt based on the AP scaling and stacks of ‘Thread’. • The previous stacks are added with the new stacks and damage is dealt after the stacks are fully complete • Also when cast the ‘Thread’ gains range, and enemies affected by the ‘Thread’ will be dealt minimal DoT until duration ends. • When breaking the ‘Thread’ enemies are also dealt damage based on the stacks of ‘Thread’ and duration it was active when leaving. • While active ‘Q’ will have shorter cool down and the damage of the ‘W’ will be increased. • Also when active, attacking will stack 2 ‘Thread’ passive instead of 1. • The enemies affected after will not get ‘Soul Threaded’ but will still receive double ‘Thread’ stacks. • The range is about same as Orianna’s ‘E’ return range

R. (Mind-cord): • Takes control of the enemy unit. • Have ability to cast spells, even the ultimate • Summoner spells are not able to cast • Items are not able to cast • Stacks of thread have effect on what spells can you cast and how many times. Depending on the level, to be able to cast enemy champion’s ultimate ability, certain amount of ‘Thread’ stacks has to be met. ( ex: at level 6 to cast enemy champion’s ultimate ability , 10 ‘Thread’ stacks have to be active ) • The ability is channeling type ability, disruption will cancel it. • The damage dealt from affected units will be amplified by flat amount and is friendly fire • Even though damage from the affected unit can still harm its allies, the controlled unit will be not counted as an enemy unit to their allies. • After the duration has ended, all the previous ‘Thread’ stacks will be removed and the unit will be slowed for a short duration. • The initial range is short but when cast with ‘Soul thread’ the range will be increased as the ‘Soul thread’ range.

// The abilities are unbelievably weak with lower 'Thread' stacks , and OP with higher 'Thread' stacks.

**Play style (How he can be played)** :

The kit is intended to implement a control type of ability, and I know this sounds crazy but there never have been any control type champion in-game. ![Azir](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.11.1/img/champion/Azir.png) is more to zoning. 

// Synergy : The main purpose of this champion is to counter strong team fight abilities with its own controlling skill. Turning ![Malphite](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.11.1/img/champion/Malphite.png) against their own team is pretty interesting.  The ultimate wont be able to control unless certain 'Thread' stacks are achieved. Also his OP ultimate ability will also make him vulnerable so it's still counterable. Everything have it's weakness. 

// Laning : Turning their own stats to themselves and harassing with rangeless attacks. For laning phase to be somewhat achievable he needed a poke. Also against strong champions ability to turn it around to them.

// Team comps : With weak team , shines. Generally filling the gap of skill difference between teams.

The ult is just anti-fun for the other person. Get level 3 e. At level 6 press e, ult, waste their ult, and then walk them into tower if they're near your tower. If you aren't dead by the time it ends, you are slowed under tower with no cooldowns. And he has q to make escape even harder. And the e-r range allows him to force someone to suicide into his team unless the other team has long range cc or wants to fight with no adc. Or he can e-r the initiator and just drop a point blank sejuani or amumu ult. Preferably ditch the ult all together. Failing that don't let him do the e-r combo. Also, numbers would help.
