Someone must say it!

As a player i need something to make me feel like i double win in a win, but with hard work. Is it so hard for riot to add rp on the game...i mean on good gameplays and skills.My thought was if Riot add +1 rp on S- players +2 on S players and + 5 rp on S+ players that wouldnt make them wanna play better(low and high elos) less spam more plays!
