just had an idea about an original champ [sg-poppy]

What would you think of a Support which's passive is : EVERYTHING that is supposed to give you Movement speed REMOVES this amount to your base MS. But, your auto attacks slow the ennemy depending of how much MS you lost. Lets say your base MS is 340, and you buy item 1001 , you'll be 315 MS and slow the ennemy for 25 MS (or another ratio that depends on it).

Ofc, his other spells would be movement-related. I thought of a spell that would "glue" you to a champion, which would make you move with someone else, and why not being used as a human shield.

Thats cool tbh But i feel like that wouldnt be added to the game because it feels like a 450 champ lol

Yeah but why would you do this if you have items that slow enemies movespeed down already? Like I legit like the idea of an unorthodox champ but this seems like too big a drawback for not alot of gain. The enemy will always have a higher movespeed than you regardless.

Maybe a champ that had 2 modes, movement mode and combat mode and had an autofilled ability (like karma/jayce/Nid) that switched modes. Movement mode can't attack but has cc/ gap closer/ vault abilities and combat mode can't move but has 3 different gun variations like Jinx. A long range high damage, low attack speed sniper rifle that can't attack turrets, a shotgun that's aatrox range, does massive damage and can attack turrets and a Machine gun that acts like a mid range high attack speed low damage weapon.

Would probably work them as a jungler or top/mid laner. Give the transformation ability a 3/2/1 sec CD so you can't Kite like an ADC, because you aren't, but you can gank.
