Kora, the Heart-Broken (Champion Concept)
Kora is a support/mage that excels at dishing out damage or buffing her allies. She may seem "OP", but I compensated that with some high cooldowns early to mid game and high mana costs.
I didn't do a lore because I'm not really creative. Ugh. FINE!
Kora was an ordinary girl. She had a boyfriend, Prince Charming, but the he cheated on her. She got mad and depressed. Upon entering the Enchanted Forests, she stumbled upon a magic mirror. In the mirror, Rumplestiltskin instructed her to pick an apple and return it to him. She did, and Rumplestiltskin enchanted it, giving magic powers to whoever eats it. The enemies of the apple's owner will be weakened against Kora. She turned Charming's side-girl into a snail and brutally smashed it. She then turned Charming into a snake, where he will always serve and be with Kora. Just like she wanted.
**Passive: Love is Weakness ** All healing sourced from enemies around Kora are nullified by 30%/40%/50% (Lv 1/9/14) + (0.3 % per 20 AP)
Q: Viper's Wraith CD: 15/13/11/9/7 Mana Costs: 70/75/80/85/90
ALLY CAST: (Point & Click)
Kora's viper applies VENOMOUS INTERVENTION to a selected ally.
Venomous Intervention: Who ever has this buff will have their auto attacks buffed, and dealing 25/35/50/75/150 True Damage + (0.5 AP) Magic Damage. (Buff Duration: 3/4/5/6/7 Seconds)
ENEMY CAST: (Skillshot)
Kora's viper lashes out to an enemy, injecting poison into them, causing them to fall into a temporary paralysis (stunned) for 1/1.5/2/2/2.5 Seconds, and they are dealt 35/50/75/90/125 + (0.4 AP) Poison Damage.
During the poison duration, any enemies near poisoned enemy (range: Zilean bomb radius?) will also get contaminated, but only for 60% of the initial damage.
W: True Love's Kiss CD: 15/13/11/9/7 Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/90
(Point & Click)
Kora enchants an ally, increasing their resistances by 20/30/40/50/60 and attack speed by 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% for 4 seconds.
**E: Bite of the Poisoned Apple CD: 18/16/14/12/10 Mana Cost: 75/85/95/115/130 ** (Self-Cast)
Passive: Kora's resistances are passively increased by 10/20/30/40/50
Kora takes a bite of her enchanted apple, making her auto attacks do 20/40/60/80/100 + (0.6 AP) extra damage.
She also emits an aura, healing all allies for 25/35/45/55/75 health per second.
These effects last for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds.
**R: Love at First Sight ** CD: 100/80/60 Mana Cost: 100/120/150
(Frontal-Cone Shaped AOE Cast)
Passive: Passively increases Kora's movement speed by 20/30/45
Active: In a cone in front of Kora, all enemies fall in love with her. They get charmed for 2 seconds and are dealth 100/150/200 + (0.5 AP) Magic Damage.
