[Character Idea] Kirin : The Psychic Malevolent (WIP)
Character Name: Kirin Role: Jungler/Assassin
Passive: Chance that every time Kirin hits an opponent that with his skills, their skills already on cooldown get increased {for that instance} giving stacks the more times this has been applied increasing his dmg. Also, he can see a little more than the avg champion into the fog of war (increased sight) and can see a very slight glimpse when an enemy uses an ability outsight his sight but around him. Ability 1: Psychic Assult- 3 step skill (like riven's). The first step causes him to dash in the mouse's direction (skill) summoning psychic daggers to go in all directions (like 2-4 daggers depending on the level) converging if he hits a target. The second step causes a pulse of psychic energy around him applying something like a poison to all those around him, the third step is like a flurry of blades doing increased dmg depending on how many debuffs the target has on them (poisons, CC, freezes etc) Ability 2:_ Redirection_: Kirin channels for .3 seconds and if he is hit with a skill while channelling he can then redirect the skill in whatever direction he chooses. (this is a very quick skill that must be timed right or it's useless, but if timed correctly can turn the tides of the battle). For example if a Yasuo did his third slash to him (tornado) and Kirin activated the skill (if nothing is able to stop him ofc, cc etc) he can take it and shoot it back out applying the same effects as if Yasuo has shot it originally (on hit effects. knock up etc). Think of it when a psychic user redirects something by circling it around them then sending it back, it's almost like that. Ability 3: Mind Fade - Kirin empowers his next attack (or makes it a ranged skill shot ability ) and when it hits a target it pits a random put one of their skills on cooldown. (prob a passive attacked to this idk)
Ultimate: Mental Down (new name pls) - He targets an enemy sort of shifting inside of them overtaking their mind doing more dmg the lower their health (execute skill) (think Kalista's ult). If the target doesn't die he returns to whatever position he was in when he cast the skill. If they do die they sort of disintegrate (as their mind was destroyed and overtaken) and Kirin can choose where he wants to go to (think Kalista ult exactly this time) doing small dmg around him. if he does manage to kill the target his ultimate changes. He is now able to use a weakened version (all around nerfed) of the ultimate of the person he killed. Either he himself casts hit or he forms a psychic figure of the person he stole it from. Is he able to use for like 45 seconds? until the skill goes on its final cooldown. The stolen ultimate can do whatever the original could. Ex- Vayne's ult would give the buffs but since he has no way of using the other passive (roll or 3 hits) that's it. Azir would form his wall that the enemy team couldn't pass. Ahri can do her dashes etc. Its just weaker or lasts a shorter amount of time.
Kirin is to be a quick semi-mobile assassin that can easily take on a team by himself or easily get messed up by one too. His psychic abilities allow him to duel very well and use the opponents against them. if he is lucky and his passives procs very often then he can stop the team mages from using their skills 24/7 as well as powering himself up. This is the first of many characters Ideas I plan on sharing I just never thought they were good and was too lazy to go ahead with. I haven't drawn a concept picture nor fleshed out his lore but I will update when I do! lemme know what you think and any fixes I should do. Thanks :D
