Kaio Champ concept

This is just a little champ concept I came up with out of the blue one day. I thought it had a cool idea, so I spend a few weeks on it. It might need a little re-balancing, but I'm sure you guys can help me with that. Thanks :D

Name: Kaio Title: The Shadow's Apprentice

Base Stats: Health: 500 (+90 per lvl) Energy: 250 AD: 90 (+4 per lvl) AP: 1 (+.25 per lvl) Move Spd: 375 Atk Spd: 0.7 (including passive) Health Regen: 7 (+.75 per lvl) Energy Regen: 50 Armor: 25 (+3.25 per lvl) Magic Resist: 35 (+1 per lvl)

Abilities:

Self Acceleration: Passive Every 10 points of Kaio's Attack Damage gives a bonus 5% attack speed. Every .1 points of Kaio's Attack Speed gives a bonus 10 points of Attack Damage (these abilities cannot stack with each other)

Blade Warp (Q): Cost 75/70/60/50 Energy Kaio throws his kunai, dealing 60/80/100/180 (+20% AD) physical damage. When target is hit a mark is placed on the target. Kaio can then warp (like Katarina) to the marked target by reactivating the ability.
Mark lasts 2 sec. (Skill-shot)

Silencing Strike (W): Cost 75/60/50/45 Energy Kaio's next basic attack does 10/30/50/70 bonus physical damage and silences the target for 1.5 seconds. (Modified Basic Attack)

Cripple (E) : Cost 45 Energy Kaio spins around, slashing the legs of nearby champions, dealing 60/90/125/145/165 (+80% AD) physical damage and slowing them for 1 second. spin to win (Area Of Effect)

Eternal Fury (R): Kaio warps between 3 enemy champions (after .5 sec cast time) dealing 75/100/125/150/175, stunning them for the duration of the ult and slowing them for 1 second afterwards. (think Fiora Ult, but cooler)

Hidden Passive: Kaio will do +1 damage to Rammus..... okay

Kaio was the son of the Ionia's top sword smith. He would often watch his father forge blades for Ionia's most famous generals. With the hammer in hand, Kaio's father would strike a blade with the power of one thousand men, but with the precision of a jeweler. Kaio wished to one day be as just a good of a blacksmith as his father. One day, as the sun set down over the horizon, Kaio heard a blaring noise come from over the hill. When Kaio went to inspect, he saw a blue ninja dressed in the finest cloth, accompanied by a large army. Kaio marveled at the sight of this, he had never seen a ninja in person before. But just then, the sound of cannon fire disturbed the peaceful evening. Kaio's hometown was under siege. Kaio ran back to his home to warn his father, but only to find that his father was nowhere to be found. He then ran to the forge, to see his father cornered by two more ninja. In a desperate attempt to save his father, he picked up one of his father's finest blades,The Masamune, and charged at the two ninja, only to be stopped and carried away by a shadowy figure. "No! Stop! M...My father's back there!" Kaio wailed, trying to force back tears. But the shadowy figure just kept on running, saying no words, as the sound of the finest sword smith in Ionia, drew his last breath.

There exists and ancient order originating in the Ionian Isles dedicated to the preservation of balance. Order, chaos, light, and darkness. But Kaio, seeks to destroy it.
