[Champion Concept] Iselli - Lust of the Blade

Lore Iselli was a noxian girl that was true to her nations moto: Strength is Power. She knew she lacked physical strength, but a blade didn't care how strong you were if it lands in your vitals. She became obsessed with more and better blades, what could kill the fastest, cause the most pain, etc. Every Blade she collect, she tested on multiple people to record it's data on how well in performed. With the numerous murders she caused, she gained a Nickname: The Blade Mistress. Iselli was fine with the name up until she encounter someone stabbing didn't kill. She forgot about magic users. She wanted, no need a blade to end all magic users. No one should be able to live her attacks, no one. She set out to search for a magic infused weapons to be able to kill all mages. The search was a failure, she could not find anything on magic blades, until a rumored person returned and offered to fulfill her desires on a distant land. She followed her to the island , not knowing what was to come. When she came she witnessed the horrors of this island. A blade without magic would not kill anything. She fled from the group. Paranoia overwhelmed her until she collapsed and passed out. She never woke up again. The undead of the island killed her in her sleep, and that is how she stayed while dead, blindly searching the island for a weapon to break the curse. It was not until she eventually found a blade oozing with magic and used it to cut off her eyelids, she saw what she had become. Shocked and in fear of what she was, she took the sword and plunged into through her unbeating heart. But it did not kill her instead the ancient blade shattered into a more desirable shape for her. The sword broke leaving just the hilt and the jagged base of the blade. She lost all reason and only had one thing left in her mind, feed the blades hunger to end life.

Passive: Taste of Blood Iselli gains 4%/7%/11% increased AS and 2%/5%/8% increased damage when attacking the same enemy consecutively stacking up to 10. Iselli's crits cause the target to bleed for 50% Bonus AD over 2 seconds amplified by passive instead of 200% damage.

Q: Mad Men's Knife Iselli Pulls out a second blade and throws/stabs it into an enemy damaging them. If she throws the blade it deals 90/120/150/180/210 (+90% AD) physical damage and slows them for 60% for 3 seconds. If she stabs them it deals 120/150/180/210/240 (+110% AD) and causes them to bleed for 60/75/90/105/120 (+90% Bonus AD) over 3 seconds

W: Honesty of a Lustful Blade Passive: Iselli's first basic attack on an enemy snares them for .25/.5/.75/1/1.25 seconds {minimum of 8 second reset on same target]. Snare duration increased by 50% if the enemy is running away from Iselli. Active: Iselli leaps on enemy dealing 110/135/160/185/210 (+ 60% AD) physical damage. For the next 3 seconds Iselli gain 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% MS decaying over 1 second when attacking the target she leaped on.

CD: 16/15/14/13/12 Cost: 48/56/64/72/80 Range: 650

E: Joy in Pain Iselli absorbs the next damaging attack into her blade {1 second absorb time span}. Iselli next attack {within 4 seconds} will deal damage equal to 50%/55%/60%/65%/70% of the damage absorbed as additional physical damage.

CD: 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 Cost: 70/70/70/70/70 Range: Self

R: Desire for Flesh Iselli lunges at an enemy champion dealing 150/225/300 (+150% Bonus AD) and leaving her main blade the target, and summoning a demonic one. For the next 4/4.5/5 seconds she has 150 increased range and deals an additional 8%/9%/10% MAX HP physical damage.
