Suggestion for Demacia Vice Villain Skins

I want to start by saying I really enjoy the Demacia Vice skin theme. I am a big fan of the original Miami Vice show as well as new wave/synthwave music and retro-futuristic art aesthetic. I think Riot did an excellent job making Sonny and Rico into skins and picked the perfect champs to represent them. However, I feel like something is missing; the villains.

Any good crime drama show is only as good as its villains. One of my favorite villains from the first season of Miami Vice was the cartel hitman Ludovici Armstrong. For those who haven't seen the show, he is a ruthless killer hired by a powerful cartel leader named Esteban Calderone to hunt down his enemies in Miami. Sound familiar? Our resident psychopathic killer Jhin has a similar line of work and was hired by a powerful Ionian cabal to be used as a weapon.

The identity of said cabal is still a mystery but I speculate that it may just be the Master of Shadows himself, Zed. It would make sense in a twisted, poetic way that after succumbing to shadow and murdering the Kinkou order, Zed would hire Jhin to be his weapon as he was the very man who's actions started Zed on his path towards evil.

There are plenty of other villains in Miami Vice deserving of skins but Armstrong and Calderone are by far my favorites and I had to make a post about it to vent my thoughts. TL:DR - It would be really cool and lore friendly if the villain counterparts to Demacia Vice Garen and Lucian were Jhin and Zed.
