Fiora passive changes. (Viable Jungler)

As someone is a jungle main and who purchased Fiora to jungle with her long before she was reworked, I was really sad to here that shes not a viable jungler anymore. She used to be really good at it before the rework, Bursts of Speed would have really nice clear time, mixed with the old riposte to block a creep shot and tack on a little more damage, with her old passive as well giving her a little bit of sustain from clearing too. But ever since the rework, I've tried and tried and tried, and it just doesn't work anymore. And yes, I understand you wanted her to solely be a top laner to immerse in the whole "dueling" feel of her lore, but some people including myself hate top lane (shes amazing at mid tbh), and would love to see her become more of a versatile champion. Yeah you can kite the creeps around a bit and clear gromp and blue, but I always find myself having to go back after clearing 2 camps. I know there are some other posts talking about this too, I just felt like I would be another person to get your attention and maybe have this happen. All I think she really needs to make it a lot more viable is to let the passive proc on the big jungle creeps and maybe add little bit of health regen if you successfully hit 2 or so procs (ON JUNGLE CREEPS ONLY) just to keep her from being on the super op side of the spectrum. Just a rough idea, but I also saw when you reworked Quinn as an adc her passive can proc on jungle creeps, along with the reworked q now makes her an excellent jungler who I have fun with. So for Fiora it would pretty much be the same idea. Like I said, not complaining, I would just really like to see this done, along with some other people.

Thanks again for taking the time to read this, and I hope you guys make this a thing in the future! I'll have my fingers crossed.

Quinn's passive has always been able to proc on minions, jungle monsters, and epic monsters
