New Viktor Passive [Idea]

Viktor Current Viktor's passive is fine and all but, from a lore perspective, it only covers part of who he really is. Viktor wants humanity as a whole to be "upgraded" with advanced technology. In game, Viktor can only upgrade himself. Why does he hog all the upgrades for himself? I have a few ideas that could improve his passive:

1 He'd be more like Ornn and people could click on him to buy upgrades like more movement speed, damage, armor etc... that don't take up space in the inventory or he could even sell exclusive items not available anywhere else. And he'd get the gold, synchronizing with his original passive which already requires tons of gold.

2 Whenever he buys an upgrade, he can upgrade a teammate. He'd be sort of like Zilean and can click on people.

The animation would be like he throws his Q but at allies.

I personally think this would be great in helping to reinforce Viktor's persona as "The Machine Herald" Thank you for reading! Please comment your thoughts. I would love your feedback.

I do have a few similar ideas I just thought about. I do not, however, know the best way to regulate it in order to give each ally an equal choice but keep it from getting out of hand. 1: Viktor and all allies would select an additional rune. 2: Viktor and all allies would select a Summoner Spell to enhance. 3: Viktor and all allies would select an ability to enhance. Think about it. Take what you want or leave it. It's just food for thought.
