Halloween Skins Returning?

So I heard the halloween maps will not be returning, just curious if we will have another crack at getting some of the halloween skins? Similar to the vault being opened during candy rush????

I agree, I was hoping to see the Zombie Brand skin come back for sale, it probably will but maybe someone else can clarify.
