Jaan, The Origami Master.
Jaan, the Origami Master is a rarely known man who claims to hail from Noxus, however, the place where he was born is unknown.
Here's his backstory:

Eventually becoming sick of being the largest person he knew, Jaan decided to head East, however as he continued trudging along he became sick, so badly he couldn't walk any farther, losing strength in his both his legs, eventually curling up to die in the cold night of the forest, he closed his eyes for what he thought was the final time.
But when he woke up, he was over the shoulder of a large man completely donned in armour.
But after a while of trying to figure out where he was, the blood rushed to his head and he was knocked out again.
Eventually he awoke again in Noxus, and was immediately placed into the Military where he had to learn about the customs of Noxus quick.
After being placed in
Darius' squad in the battle against Demacia, he was incapacitated, and couldn't fight anymore, he was then forced to stay in a sort of resting home, this displeased Jaan.
And so he decided to fold paper, lots and lots of paper. Eventually learning how to manipulate the paper in special ways.
This ability to fold paper eventually came to the point where he could fold paper without touching it.
He had become, by weaponizing a sheet of red paper with spikes along each side of the paper attached to a handle, the true Origami Master.
Relations: Jaan likes Noxians. Jaan is unaware Bilgewater exists. Jaan dislikes Demacians. Jaan has never heard of "Void Creatures" Jaan is unaware Shurima exists. Jaan despises the Darkin.

Jaan's Passive is "Era of Evolution" > As Jaan levels up, he slowly gets more and more plates of paper armour, for each level he gets a permanent 5 armour. As Jaan levels up his armour is upgraded, slowly getting shoulder pads, knee pads, leggings, helmet and chest plates. Jaan does not use mana to use his abilities but instead uses health. And he can re-cast some of his abilities soon after first casting them to activate certain effects, while putting bleed on Jaan for 10 seconds, Jaan can die from casting abilities and his own bleed.
Jaan's Q is "Shoulder Scraper" > Jaan throws his paper weapon in a straight forward skill-shot that attaches to the first champion hit. This places a minor slow for 2 seconds. Jaan can re-cast this to put a bigger slow on the enemy and putting a bleed effect on them. Cooldown(seconds): 10/8/7/5 Damage: 20/50/100/200 Health Cost: 10/15/20/50 Bleed(overall HP lost): 30/50/70/100 Slow: 20% Bleed(on enemy champ): 50/100/120/200 Re-cast slow: 50% Jaan's W is: "Lucky Break" > A 1/2 seconds interruptible cast where Jaan folds his paper into a hang-glider then gets boosted into the air, becoming untargetable for a short amount of time, after that time he is targetable (by ranged attacks) and can move around in the air by right-clicking. Health Cost: 20/30/40/45 Cooldown(seconds): 15/14/13/10
Jaan's E is: "Powerful Wrists" > Jaan throws his paper onto the ground, in a straight forward skillshot that damages anything in the way of the skillshot. And if re-cast, knocks up to a minimal extent. And the further away from Jaan anything in the way of the skillshot is, the higher they get knocked-up. Damage: 50/75/100/150 Cooldown: 15/13/10/7 AIrborne duration: minimum - 0.4s maximum - 1s Bleed(total health lost): 50/100/125/150 Health Cost: 20/40/45/60
Finally, Jaan's ultimate is: "Power of Folding." > Jaan's ultimate, a 1s interruptible cast that lasts 5 seconds after the first slam where Jaan folds his paper into two giant fists, where he slams both of them straight into the ground, knocking up any enemies in his large AoE radius, the enemy champions closer to the middle of the cast are knocked up higher in the first slam than those on the outer rims of the cast. After the first slam Jaan keeps slamming his fists onto the ground gaining a speed buff and dealing AoE physical damage with each slam. Health Cost: 100/200/500 Airborne duration: minimum- 0.5s maximum- 2s Speed Buff(to Jann): 20%/ 30%/ 50% First slam damage: 300/500/750 Subsequent slams damage: 50/100/200 Cooldown(seconds) 120/90/55
My idea is for this champ to be a sort of bruiser, or a Tank that doesn't take much damage but is supposed to kill itself in a way. If you have any idea for good stat balances if he seems to OP/Under powered. Or whether one of his moves just doesn't fit and should be scrapped, or if you just have better ideas for his moves.
