Champion Idea: Arsenal

I had an idea for a champion called Arsenal because he has many weapons and many different uses. He combines the qualities of Udyr, Kha Zix, Graves, Ashe, Nidalee, Gnar, Pantheon, and Akali. Although parts of his spells might not be completely original, this is an idea that League hasn't seen before.

Note that I might not have exact numbers down or all of the specifics but it is an idea that you guys can build upon.

Champion Idea: Arsenal

Passive: Weapons Mastery - After activation of an ability(excluding R), Arsenal's basic attacks change properties. - When R is ranked up, Arsenal can choose to upgrade one of his spells which will give a buff to the spell and the basic attack. For R it buffs the spell and the passive. - Teammates around Arsenal gain a small movement speed, attack damage, ability power, and health regeneration boost.

Additional Comments: His basic attack changes will resemble that of Udyr's, but his basic 				  	attacks change with spells, not stances. His R ranking up and spell upgrading will resemble 				 	that of Kha Zix.  

Q: Hextech Longshot

Ability: Arsenal fires his gun in a line dealing tons of damage to the first enemy hit(including minions).

UPGRADED: Hextech Longshot deals more damage and slows. Also lowered mana costs.

Basic Attack Boost: Arsenal's attacks become ranged. His gun can hold 2 charges so once he fires the gun twice he will reload. Attack speed has no effect on these attacks. Each charge consumed fires a regular ranged attack but also fires an additional shot that deals 0.5 AD and applies on hit effects again. But, these attacks can't crit.

UPGRADED: Range becomes larger and additional shot now deals 0.75 AD.

Additional Comments: Unlike most spells, this spell along with all of Arsenal's other spells decrease in mana cost as they are upgraded.

W: Arc Spear

Ability: Arsenal swings his spear in a circle around him that deals medium damage. If an enemy hit by this spell is under 30% health, this spell will deal twice the damage.

UPGRADED: Radius of circle is larger, spell deals more damage, and when an enemy hit by this spell is under 30% health, this spell will deal 2.5 times the regular damage.

Basic Attack Boost: These attacks cannot crit unless the opponent is below 30% health. If the opponent is below 30% health, these attacks are guaranteed crits. But, these attacks can't life steal.

Upgraded: These attacks now apply grievous wounds and a small DOT.

E: Mechanical Battering Fist.

Ability: Arsenal aims in a direction and after a brief delay strikes a short ranged medium damaging stun.

UPGRADED: The stun is longer and does more damage.

Basic Attack Boost: Arsenal gains more attack speed and gains built in lifesteal. These attacks cannot crit.

UPGRADED: Arsenal gains even more attack speed and more lifesteal.

R: Winged Avenger

Passive: When out of combat, Arsenal gains a significant percentage more movement speed and takes flight.

UPGRADED: Arsenal gains more movement speed from his passive.

Active: Arsenal uses his mechanical wings to dash a long range in a direction and deal significant damage to the first champion hit. Arsenal stores three stacks of charges that are consumed when this spell is used(like Akali). When Arsenal gets a kill or assist, he gains a charge(like Akali). Stacks are gained approximately every 30 seconds.

UPGRADED: Arsenal deals more damage with this spell.
