Miria, the Specter's Guide:
Alright, I'm just going to start out by saying this is my first time trying this, so I'm probably going to screw something up, don't be too harsh about it.
Overview Miria is designed to be a mid or top laner, designed for more drawn out battles and destroying turrets rather than heavy burst and a single target. She has a heavy emphasis on minions, and a passive that creates them. Her design was heavily inspired by Malzahar and Azir, and is meant to be a mix of some of my favorite attributes from both, as well as some of her own unique abilities.
Appearance Miria is female (have I mentioned this already?) and is usually covered in a large blue cloak covered in black runes, hiding all but her hands and her face. Her hands radiate an unearthly pale aura, bearing resemblance to the spirits she summons. Her face is plain enough, save a black glowing rune on her forehead, typically covered by the hood of her cloak. Her skin is a sickly pale color, and she appears to be in her early 20's, maybe even late teens. She has silver hair, falling to her shoulders out of the hood of her cloak.
Abilities
Passive - Specter's Aid
Whenever Miria uses an ability, she summons a Spectral Warrior minion. Spectral Warriors have melee attacks with AD equal to 50% Miria's AP, and explode dealing damage to a turret equal to their AD when attacking a Turret. (Think
minions if this is confusing.)
Q - Spirit Burst Mana cost - 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown - 4 seconds Miria creates a small AOE burst, dealing (50/100/150/200/250 + 50% AP) to all enemies in the burst after a short delay. Any allied minions in the burst gain 20% of Miria's AP as AD.
W - Specter's gate Mana cost- 70/80/90/100/110 Cooldown 14 seconds Miria opens a Spectral gate at a target location, summoning a Spectral Warrior every 2 seconds and giving all allied minions that pass through it +50 % of Miria's AP as AD. Lasts 6/8/10/12/14 seconds.
E - Spectral Charge Mana cost - 70/85/100/115/130 Cooldown 15 seconds Miria sends all Spectral Warriors in range charging at a target champion, dealing damage equal to 25% of Miria's AP to the target for each Spectral Warrior. The target is slowed if they are hit by 4 or more Spectral Warriors, and stunned if hit by 8 or more.
R - Call of the Shadow Isles Mana cost - 100/150/200 Cooldown - 150 seconds Miria opens a giant fissure in the ground, dealing (200/300/400 + 75% AP) and summons 3 Spectral warriors for every 100 AP Miria has. The fissure will last for 10 seconds, giving all minions not summoned by it +75% of Miria's AP as AD, Armor, and Magic Resist.
Lore Screaming. That's all I hear, the screams of these dead. That's all I've ever heard since I met him. Why curse me like this? Force me to listen to the screams of the damned, the screams of his victims? The Deathsinger. He's the one I'm hunting. He's the one who did this to me. And they'll help me. The screams will help me. Then we can both be at peace. I can finally die, and they can finally end their pain. They'll help me kill him. And this is where he is. This place they call the League of Legends.
