Hi hopefully Riot employee, I was just wondering if Aatrox could have his old quotes added into the new ones. I like both, but it would make sense for an ancient being becoming some what of a poet. It doesn't matter what voice actor there is, the new one is fine, and I think he can too make that mood the old VA had. The new VA just doesn't have to be yelling. The calmer deeper quotes is what gave that spin on old Aatrox. So please add back in the old quotes(there are plenty of fan favorites all over reddit)! Thank You :) , Aatrox fan

His new VO does have a bunch of calmer lines.

Particularly the "long movement" ones where he ponders his existence and his fall from grace.

"Once in noble battle, I screamed against the silence. I stood as light against the darkness. Now, I serve a new master... oblivion..."

"Dark deeds I will do this day... Though I will carry myself as my former pride dictates!"

"I am but an unholy copy of life... A mockery of its freedom... And born in the cruel betrayal of the noble ideals I would've served."

"I touched the stars, and saw the glorious light of a thousand suns! Now, blinded by this elegance, how could my purpose be anything... but dark..."

"No beast so fierce, but knows some touch of pity... But I know none... and therefore am no beast."

It's just that you hear the majority of quotes in battle, and when in battle Aatrox lets his fury take hold to quiet his own discontent.

As a champion, for now, he is complete. They aren't going to add more to his audio unless he got another massive rework/visual update but that is doubtful. When they recorded for them they only do it then since they have to schedule the actor when they are able to do it and can't just be drug in cause a player wants more audio.
