Cateena - The Iron Queen Health: 550 to 1960 Attack Damage: 55 to 108 Health Regen: 6 to 18.2 Attack Speed: 0.680 (+0% - 23%) Mana: 380 to 1056 Armor: 25.5 to 82 Mana Regen: 8 to 20 Magic Resist: 17 to 35 Ranged: 525 Move Speed: 330

Passive - More Slaps to Come Cateena gains only 35% attack speed from items and levels, instead Cateena has two chains that she uses for her special abilities, when Cateena has her two chains available to her, she deals two basic attacks per hit. If she has previously used her chain (Q, W or E) on a target, she has only one chain to attack with until the cooldown is reset or she walks out of range. Enemies can be hooked for 5 seconds. Hooked ennemies receive increased damage from Cateena. Physical Damage increase: 3% / 4% / 5% / 6% / 7%

Q - Iron Swipe "Gotcha!" Cateena swing a chain in an arc in front of her, displacing and damaging enemies hit. If the chain hits, Cateena stays hooked to the target for 5 seconds. The chain can latch onto large monsters but cannot latch onto minions. Physical Damage: 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+20% of total AD) Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 Distance: Rumble Q (600 units) Cost: 40 / 55 / 70 / 80 / 110 mana

W - Come Back Here! "Come back here!" Cateena throws her chain in a line hooking the first target hit. Cateena can then swing her enemy over her head behind her upon reactivation dealing additional damage. After reactivation, Cateena stays hooked to the target for 5 seconds. Physical Damage First Cast: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 Physical Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+35% of total AD) Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 Distance: Nautilus Q (1100 units) Cost: 30 / 50 / 70 / 80 / 100 mana

E - Missing Link "Stay around will ya" Cateena uses her chains to latch onto an a target and stay linked to that target indefinitely or until she walks out of range. Targets can be towers, wards, minions (any type) or friendly champions or enemy champions. Cateena can reel back to this target at any time as long as it is in range. This ability can be reactivated any number of times without re-casting the original link as long as she is still in range. Cooldown: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 3 Distance: Kassadin R (500 units) Cost: 60 mana (0 on re-cast)

R - Iron Typhoon "Slaps, slaps for everybody!!" Cateena stands still and swirls her chains around for 5 seconds hitting enemies, slowly pushing them back with every hit. Chains also decrease enemy armor and magic resist every second. Can be interrupted by certain crowd control abilities or cancelled by moving or reactivating. Physical Damage: 50 / 100 / 175 per second (+100% of total AD) De-Buff: 2 / 4 / 6 per second Cooldown: 110 / 100 / 90 Distance: Janna R (875 units) Cost: 200 mana

Of course, I'm not a Riot employee or part of the champion creation team so all base, abilities and damage stats are a starting point and should be re-evaluated to fit the game.

Primary Role: Marksman - Bot Lane Secondary role: Marksmen - Mid Lane

Playstyle:

Playing With Cateena: Cateena is a mid-range ADC with very high kiting ability and escape tools. Cateena relies heavily on her ability to hook targets for extra damage, escape and crowd control. Great with CC heavy supports and team compositions with a strong front line or poke. With so many displacement tools, positioning is the most important part of her gameplay. Best support options: Thresh, Morgana, Braum

In lane, hook up to your support, your tower or a well placed ward to stay safe. Land Iron Swipe ( Q ) and auto-attack whenever possible for poke. When going for kills, wait for the target to try to escape before throwing Come Back Here! ( W ) and sending them back. Cateena's ultimate is great to use close to towers when being dived on but requires Cateena to stand still.

In the later stages of the game, Cateena is able to kite enemies around more effectively with lower cooldowns on her abilities especially Missing Link ( E ). Take advantage of your frontline instead of using a chain for safety and keep both chains to deal more damage to enemies with double auto-attacks.

A perfect full combo for Cateena would be to land Come Back Here! ( W ), throw the target back, land Iron Swipe ( Q ), then Iron Typhoon ( R ), and if the target isn't dead, follow up with Missing Link ( E ) to stick to your target and constantly reel back to it and auto-attack until dead. Another way would be to land Come Back Here! ( W ), throw the target back, then Iron Typhoon ( R ) to push the target back even more, with Missing Link ( E ) to stick to your target, reel in, land Come Back Here! ( W ) and auto-attack until dead.

Playing Against Cateena: In lane, take advantage whenever Cateena missed either of her hook abilities to capitalize and deal damage. Stand behind minions or support to avoid being hooked and thrown back. If Cateena is hooked up to anything, she will have just one chain for her auto-attack, reducing her damage significantly, take advantage.

If Cateena is alone, she'll want to kite her enemies around with Missing Link ( E ) and Iron Swipe ( Q ), keep note of where her original Missing Link ( E ) point is and stay close to anticipate her reeling back. Cateena, like most ADC, is also weak against against burst damage but assassins or gap closing champions are especially dangerous for her.

Example Builds: Infinity Edge - Bloodthirster - Youmuu's Ghostblade - Rapid Fire Cannon - Lord Dominik's Regards -Berserker's Greaves Infinity Edge - Black Cleaver - Youmuu's Ghostblade - Rapid Fire Cannon - Lord Dominik's Regards -Boots of Swiftness

Bio: Age: 18 Height: 5'7" Weight: 145 pounds Eye color: green Hair: Very long, brown, tied with two bands down the length. Appearance: Cateena is small and slender but still somewhat muscular and deceptively strong. She looks girlish in a raider's, marauders, mercenary kind of way. Clothing: I would expect Cateena to have the same color tones as Draven but with a more chainmail kind of look. Think of an amazon's armor but made mostly of chainmail.

Backstory: Cateena is a distant cousin of Draven and Darius. She, like her cousins, loved violence, battles and war. She grew up idolizing her cousin Draven and enjoyed his shows whenever she could. One day, as Cateena was going back home after seeing her hero, Draven, she and her parents were ambushed by a band of thugs led by a powerful wizard. Her parents killed, Cateena is taken prisoner and tied to magical chains for days without food until her cousins, learning she had been abducted, came to her rescue. Draven and Darius manage to rip the chains off the wall releasing her but are unable to destroy the locks around her wrists, leaving the chains attached to her as a grim reminder of what had happened. Over time, Cateena has learned to use these chains as her weapons of choice in various ways and now vies to become the next executioner following in her cousin's Draven footsteps.

Animations: Laugh: Cateena laughs hysterically slapping her knees while her chains fly everywhere around her. Same as Darius Ha! Taunt: Slams a chain on the ground and points to her enemy saying "You're MINE!". Turns her back on her enemy looking back "Not cantina, Cateeeeeena" then spits on the ground. Dance: Swirls her chains around her while slowly spinning (think being on a mechanic bull) Joke: Start skipping rope with her chain but stumbles and falls face first. Looks at her chains, smiles, takes a shy pose and says "You know, these give me an interesting idea..."

Interactions: While moving: "You'd think with these chains I wouldn't have to move so much." "I should really get someone to carry me around" To Draven: "COUSIN!!! I'm so gonna kick your..." To Darius: "Family or not you're still a douchebag" To Thresh: "Oh you hook people with that thing? Come here Ima slap some sense into ya!" To Jarvan: "If my chains weren't so dirty they'd be all over you (giggle)" To Jarvan: "Awe, why do you have to be so...so...worthy...sigh"

Friends: Draven, Darius Rivals: Garen, Lux

Special: Set to become the next executioner after Draven retires...or dies. Cateena has a crush on Jarvan that nobody understands. Cateena has a hatred for Lux, Jarvan's sister and Garen, Jarvan's trusted soldier.

Skin Ideas: Soul Reaver Cateena: Blueish electrical looking chains with a dark blue armor looking like Guyver's armor following up on Draven's Soul Reaver concept. Beast Hunter Cateena: A greenish bone armor with brown cloth and the chains would be made of bone have small spikes at the end. Infernal Cateena: Flaming armor with flaming hands and fiery chains. Armor would be dark red with long horns on the shoulders. Crossfit Cateena: Yes I know its troll but I love it. Cateena would basically wear training / running gear. Her chains would be skipping ropes. Zombie Cateena: Greenish skin with torn clothes walking sluggish dragging her chains on the ground. The chains would be covered in goo and have her hand stuck on the end grabbing people.

Why: I'm an ADC main and I suck at Draven but love his kit. I felt this was some sort of a version of Draven that I could actually manage to play. I also like how Thresh kind of slaps people around with his chains and wanted an actual ADC that does that. Except for Urgot's ultimate, Vayne's E and Draven's E, ADC in general lack displacement abilities (knocking champions aside or back) so Cateena brings more of that. Cateena is an ADC that feels somewhat safe and can manage on her own in solo lanes if necessary but isn't as good of a skirmisher. She's sort of a mix of Draven and Lucian in a sense where she has abilities that are a mix of both in a way but lacks the raw damage of a Draven and the skirmish abilities of a Lucian.

Here ya go Riot, free champ all made up. I'm giving you permission to use.

Amazing.

A AD with amazing reach for a Melee and skills that stun rather than cause more damage. Would be great, were it not for Darius himself.

I would send some skin ideas for you if you want, and some taunts from both Saishū and Qiǎn Qiū

She'd be better of balanced around being a Mage. Can't have an ult channel like that or a passive that essentially doubles her DPS. You'll never want to use Q since a % bonus is never equal to double DPS.
