ChimeTime Bard

So Essentially this skin would pair with the already popular Primetime Draven skin, but be a complete foil. Bard would have the clean cut look and attire like Draven's version, but instead of being an egotistic a**hole Bard would be a funnier and lighter take on the interviewer persona. His Meeps could have small reporters hats and cameras, and when they connect with an enemy a camera flash could go off. The funniest and best part of the skin in my opinion would be how it interacts with other champions. Bard isnt exactly League's premiere linguist, seeing as he only makes mystic noises and some kind of didgeridoo sounds. Serious champions would be confused, like Darius, while others like Lulu would simply answer Bard's 'questions' and go along with the interview.
