Pulsefire Ezreal Rework

I was thinking that the update for ezreal could include being able to change the color of his LEDs and his attacks. Similar to lux being able to choose what kind of element she goes for.

For example, after hitting 20 mystic shots on enemies you have build enough power to change your color.
